One of the main reasons that we love Waldport is its central location.
It takes less than 15 minutes to get to Yachats or Newport and is also relatively
close to Depoe Bay, Florence and Lincoln City. Here's a map

For us, we look forward to the days spent on the beach behind the home; playing
in the sand with the kids, collecting seashells, comparing the contours of the
dunes to weeks past and watching the waves roll in and out. This is where we
believe Bella Vista and Waldport is head and shoulders above the others. Waldport
is truly unique in that the residential
housing development where Bella Vista is found lies right on a beautiful
soft, sandy beach. In fact, the beach behind Bella Vista stretches for miles
and miles and is not frequented by an overabundance of visitors. We are often
told by guests how much they truly appreciate not only the luxurious interior
of Bella Vista, but also the quiet and majestic beauty found as you step off
the back deck and gaze at the Pacific Ocean and forested coastline. This is
also the reason many of our guests quickly book their next visit after having
experienced something so unique and enjoyable. And so, we believe Bella Vista
offers the best of both worlds: Luxury and unparalled beach access plus proximity
to some of the best sights the Oregon Coast has to offer.

boil the crab for you at the port.
